Why it matters
The money shows up before the playbook does.
Student-athletes can now earn from their name, image and likeness. Many of them get their first contract before they get their first lesson on what it means.
A deal is a contract
Length, exclusivity, who owns your image, how you get paid. Every line matters, and many first-time signers are minors.
Pay isn't take-home
NIL income usually arrives with no taxes taken out. Athletes who don't plan for that can owe money they already spent.
Careers can end fast
One injury can stop the income. Knowing how to protect what you earn is the foundation of everything else we teach.
How it works
Four levels. One season.
Every level asks one question a good decision has to pass. Start at the base and climb. Each level has short film study, real play calls and a tool you can use on your own deals.

Coach NOLBILife
Coach NOLBILife is the face of the program, created by founder and CEO Latoya Brown. Latoya has spent 15 years in business management, client service and financial services, and has helped physicians and organizations build and turn around their businesses.
She started NOLBILife so that young athletes and their families get the financial know-how most people only learn after a costly mistake. No one left behind.
